Southwark Register Office / Camberwell House is a lovely spot in South London if you’re looking for a more intimate setting for your special day. Tucked away on Peckham road, the building is a Grade II listed building, first opened in 1846. It has some beautiful features and a lovely facade, perfect for those confetti shots!

The room itself is lovely and spacious and there’s a lovely garden for some time outside after your “I do”s for some photos with your family and friends.

The surrounding areas are great for a street setting for your newlywed shots with red London buses frequently passing by, and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for your reception.

I’ve always liked photographing weddings here - whether it’s just the two of you and your witnesses, or a larger event with your family and friends, it’s a nice little spot if you’re after a London vibe.
